The CPM ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining a safe and organized worksite. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Deck Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks like site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled carpenters. Key duties include but not limited to, loading and unloading materials, cleaning the site, digging and backfilling, following instructions from lead deckhand. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew.
